This is a busy but very efficient office. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient despite there being so many patients. The nurse and PA that I saw were very knowledgeable and prepared to educate me about all aspects of my pending surgery. They’re all personable, knowledgeable, and helpful with all aspects of patient care!
The staff was excellent and got my appointment expressed by squeezing a procedure in with the my first appointment and saved me another trip to the office. Both Dr's Potter and Hopson explained my options fully and understandably.
