I went here for help with my menopause. I saw I believe it was Isabelle Smoot. My wait was long. However they were very friendly and explained everything too me. The only thing I don't, and did not like was making appointments or getting through too billing all the automation. Getting too a live person is such a headache. When you get someone on the phone lol it's probably the wrong location! Ugh

I was eager to leave a review after reading some negative comments, but I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The ultrasound technician was very comforting, especially since it was my first ultrasound and my first pregnancy, and everything was explained clearly. The environment was very welcoming, and everyone was kind. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first appt since transferring from another office. My appt was with Isabelle Smoot (NP), and she was amazing! She took the time to listen to my concerns without any pushback and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get on their schedule with a short time frame between now and my due date. Highly recommend her! Also Courtney at the front desk is wonderful. She is organized, diligent, and great at her job! Looking forward for the remainder of my care here and (hopefully) a great delivery experience.

My appointment was at 1:30 and I finally make it in the building and upstairs by 1:38. I am the next one to be seen. I'm told to go pee in a cup and wait back out in the waiting room. As I'm walking out from giving my specimen, someone who came in after me and with an appointment at 1:40 gets pulled in and I'm told by a nurse or tech or whatever they'll quote unquote try to squeeze me in. I'm sitting confused til well after 2:00 and I ask the front desk worker Christine or Chrstina or whatever how much longer and she states ... read more

Isabelle (NP) was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made sure I felt heard. She ensured all my questions were answered, concerns were addressed and was prepared to go the extra mile to assist in reducing any pain associated with my procedure. She throughly went over my options moving forward and had wonderful “bedside” demeanor. I can’t say thank you enough.
