They told me they were going to send a lab order after I provided the lab where i was going to get it done , well they didn't send it then they were very rude when I call to find out why they didn't send it . Poor costumer service.

I have never had an issue coming here; however, the out-processing receptionist would benefit from additional training in customer service, patience, and attentive listening.

Amazing experience! Contacted TPMG this morning and was given a same day slot this afternoon! I have never had any issues or concerns coming here! I feel like part of the family! Lindsay and Sam are great/amazing at check in and check out and I love Ms. Pam! She is always so bright and smiling. Ms Pam goes above and beyond for her patients! I have been a patient for over 2 years! And will Continue to see TPMG!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical establishment. I went to check in with the receptionist who, very rudely, said I was at the wrong TPMG Internal Medicine office. I apologized and asked for the address of the other office, she said “well I googled it and found it, so if you had googled it correctly then you would have it too”. The staff are amazing, the two ladies at the front desk are so kind and always smiling. Cant find that service everywhere!
