I had an appt on 7/31. I was ctcd by Taylor the front office rep in the morning adv they wanted a ultrasound & needed it for my appt that day &asked if I cld change my appt to earlier & change the doc id be seeing. I adv Id make it work. On my way the JRB was backed up. I called Taylor &let her kno I may be a few mins late. I was adv they were canceling my appt. My experience with them has been a disaster so far. It takes months to get anything done and see a medical professional. When they can, they schedule a virtual appointment. If the system doesn't work on their end, they cancel your appointment, and you're back to waiting several more months to see anyone. It is really sad the position they put their patients in, and what we have to go through to have medical help in this country.

When I was first referred in June they called me once and I returned the call by following the new patient prompts and left a message on two occasions. Two weeks later I followed up and was told they don’t listen to those and to talk to the desk directly. Today I went for a follow up. I hit traffic/rain which made my 40 minute drive over 50 minutes.
