When I was first referred in June they called me once and I returned the call by following the new patient prompts and left a message on two occasions. Two weeks later I followed up and was told they don’t listen to those and to talk to the desk directly. Today I went for a follow up. I hit traffic/rain which made my 40 minute drive over 50 minutes. Nothing bad to say about Dr. Petersen he’s amazing!! But I have recently moved over 10 miles away from this office and construction is really horrible at the J Clyde exit. No matter how early I would leave home, I would still be late to my appointments and TPMG has a ZERO policy on being late. I had to find another Dr that was more convenient and closer to me due to fighting cancer. This place just wasn’t caring enough for me.

NP Bell was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and is willing to work with me to get my thyroid issues in check. She was very attentive, outgoing, and welcoming. Highly recommend.
