My husband was referred for an EMG. He was scheduled for a 10:15 appointment. We arrived early and he walked in at 10am. I believe everyone's time is precious and if you have a designated time then stick to that time. If you are running behind then communicate that. By 11:09 the only thing that had been done to my husband was he got his vitals checked. Not a great first impression AT ALL.
