You never get to speak to an actual person when you call. They are always away from their desk and you have to leave a voice message and hope and pray you catch it when they call which is extremely inconvenient for night shift workers or anyone that doesn’t sit around waiting for the phone to ring all day. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for about 2 weeks now and have yet to be able to. Highly don’t recommend if you don’t like playing phone tag and need an appointment soon
I was referred to this practice after an accident. They called me less than a week before my appointment after making this appointment two months ago refusing to see me because it’s involving an accident and I have a lawyer. This is unacceptable. This messes with my healthcare, my time, etc. this should have been addressed when they called me to schedule the appointment after the referral.
No complaints, just good service during all of my visit.
I’ve been going to TPMG Neurology for years and this is my second posting. I have no complaints with the providers-they are wonderful…thorough and listen to concerns. I continually have to wait beyond my scheduled time. When I arrived for a scheduled appt at 2:30 I wasn’t called back until nearly 3:00. They ask you to arrive 15 mins early. Once in an exam room, and after being seen by a nurse, it was another 15-20 minutes before I saw my provider.
