Dr. Mayes and Kathy Green have put me in better place with their recommendations of special test and sending me to great Surgeon Dr. Cameron at MCV/VCU. Together they have made my life better.
I was scheduled for my appointment and upon arriving i was informed my appointment was rescheduled by the staff in a direct unapologetic way. I drove from Suffolk to this appointment due to the fact specialist appointments wait list are extremely long. The reason for the cancelation was due to the Dr having a sudden emergency. I showed up for my annual appointment today. Front desk indicated, I was not on the schedule. I pulled out my appointment card from a ladt year. They had mistakenly scheduled me for a 2 year check up for this day next year 2027! I drove 1 1/2 hours to get here and was early. No one could see me when this was their mistake. In order to get my medications refilled, they have to see me in person. She rescheduled me for 6 weeks from today. So I have to make another 3 hour round trip.
