Call to schedule an appointment with Meaghan. I love her, but the staff is atrocious. I called to schedule an appointment, and they put me on hold. Waited for 15 minutes, then realized they put me on hold so they could go to lunch early. No idea if they planned to answer the phones when they got back, but even a simple "Hey, can you please call back after lunch time?" would have been fine with me. It's impossible to get an appointment with the staff there now
I am not sure what’s going on with this location…but the NP that saw me has yet to get back to me about my concerning lab results. I was prescribed some medications and it’s been 3 weeks since my labs, & my prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. I have left voicemails and emails. I’m concerned that I haven’t yet received clarity regarding something within charts. This delay is becoming worrisome. I have briefly spoken to two nurses and they were very kind and front staff is great too. I will be changing location... read more

I wish I could leave a zero-star rating. I had labs done that showed my white blood cell count was high, which required me to come back for additional testing. Since then, I’ve been calling for over two weeks, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone regarding my results or what’s going on with my health. It’s extremely concerning to know something is wrong with my body but have no answers because no one can reach out or return my calls. Staff and doctor are great but the wait times are horrible. I spent over an hour in this office just for a regular check up. My regular appointment was only about 30 minutes but the end of my check up they asked for blood work. I decided to wait in the office and do it the same day as my appointment was scheduled. No one told me the lab takes appointments so I waited 45 minutes for labs. I asked why I was getting skipped and they told me she's calling appointments first.
