My winner of the best Christmas Door is TPMG at Houbour Breeze! These ladies have brought the Spirit of Christmas
Today was my first visit and I saw Meaghan the NP. She was phenomenal. She listened, asked my opinion and genuinely seemed like she cared. It’s super hard to find quality healthcare providers now a days but I think I struck gold with Meaghan.
Horrible experience. Disorganized and dishonest. The lab tech is lazy, shut down and refused to draw my labs 10 minutes prior to closing. Prioritizes convenience over quality healthcare. I had two different charts. Communication is poor. And the practice manager was conveniently out on vacation so I was unable to voice my concerns. And the staff found the situation hilarious instead of trying to discuss a resolution. Wish I could rate -1000
Call to schedule an appointment with Meaghan. I love her, but the staff is atrocious. I called to schedule an appointment, and they put me on hold. Waited for 15 minutes, then realized they put me on hold so they could go to lunch early. No idea if they planned to answer the phones when they got back, but even a simple "Hey, can you please call back after lunch time?" would have been fine with me. It's impossible to get an appointment with the staff there now
I am not sure what’s going on with this location…but the NP that saw me has yet to get back to me about my concerning lab results. I was prescribed some medications and it’s been 3 weeks since my labs, & my prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. I have left voicemails and emails. I’m concerned that I haven’t yet received clarity regarding something within charts. This delay is becoming worrisome.
