Great 1st time visit with Dr. Devens. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Also, did lab work at this office too which was convenient.
Me and my husband had back to back appointments. We spent an hour waiting to be seen. They missed my appointment time entirely before we decided to void our co pays and just leave. One of the first things you say at their desk and a sign about their no show policy and how they intend to charge you if you miss or are too late to your appointment. If they want compensation for their time I expect our time to be respected as well. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
