In the middle of getting tests done my patient portal went down. I couldn't see any of my results or my bills. Turns out they abandoned the original system and added a whole new system. I made a new portal and all of my records are missing from the new one. To make matters worse after getting a bill in the mail for a $50 balance, I went to the office to ask about it. At first I was optimistic about this practice after my first visit, but sadly I had a very negative and dismissive second visit. Will not be coming back to this office or any other TPMG facility (also had a negative experience at TPMG coastal endocrinology in VB). At my first visit, I was put on a plan for monitoring my BP. I was told to come back to my second appointment with a BP log for 3 weeks and to bring my own BP monitor from home. I had labs done and some of the results are concerning. Since then, I’ve been calling for over three weeks, and also sent multiple messages to the doctor. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone regarding my results or what’s going on with my health. It’s extremely concerning to know something is wrong with my body and I can’t get any answers because no one can reach out or return my calls. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

Today was my first visit and I saw Meaghan the NP. She was phenomenal. She listened, asked my opinion and genuinely seemed like she cared. It’s super hard to find quality healthcare providers now a days but I think I struck gold with Meaghan.
