Doctor Murray is always so great! Also big shout out to the desk reps helping me move up my appointment to an earlier date. Helped me out so much. Thank you, Grafton TPMG! Edit for 2025: The main phlebotomist is amazing! She took my blood (which I am a huge baby about) and it barely hurt at all. Of course, a needle going in your arm has a pinch, but that was it! No black and blue mark after, no pain lingering after. This office is the best.
Very disappointed with this practice. The bigger they get the less concern and care they truly have. Even having a very long tenure with the Doctor it is IMPOSSIBLE to even get a sick appointment, unless you need one months down the road. Even for the elderly. They refer you to an urgent care. You can’t even walk in to give a urine sample for a UTI concern. Just plain ridiculous. And the front staff changes so much, they can never hire anyone in that office with any compassion or politeness. They are all so rude in the offic... read more
I’ve been seeing Dr. L for over 5 years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s always patient, knowledgeable, and truly takes his time during every appointment. Dr. L never rushes, listens carefully, and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I really appreciate the excellent care he provides!
