This office came recommended. I was in search of a doctor closer to my home since my primary care is currently at the VA. I was looking for a second opinion but willing to change primary care. I apparently didn't clearly indicate that on the forms but was denied care here because I wasn't going to get primary care here. However, I was never asked or called about this. I cannot put into words just how amazing my experience was with Dr. Murray and the entire TPMG team! I was a new patient, who was very nervous as I hadn’t had a physical in sometime. Dr. Murray’s nurse was so welcoming and understanding, made me feel at ease immediately. After waiting two full weeks, I finally received a phone call notifying me that my request to be a patient was denied due to having been a former patient. They took two full weeks to notify me of something that they could have easily relayed to me over the phone when I initially called. I made sure to relay that I was a former patient when I had initially called and was assured that I was welcome to complete a new patient form regardless of having been a new patient or former patient. 11/05/2024 Update: TPMG replied to this review on 09/25/2024 stating that their Regional Operations Manager will be reaching out to me. It's been over a month since the reply and over a year since I initially contacted them and still never heard back from the nurse nor the Regional Operations Manager unlike what they have told me. 09/22/2024 Update: It's been 2 weeks since I left my original review and nobody has replied nor contacted me to try to resolve the issue just like they did over the past 10 months.
