I seen Dr. Jones 3 yrs ago very professional, nice & funny & so was her staff, I’ll see her again in 2 yrs
This entire team of nurses and Dr. Jones are wonderful. From Nurse Lambert, who consulted with me, to the Nurse who prepped me for my procedure, to the Nurse Anesthetist, to the Assisting Nurse to Dr. Jones. They were all caring, informative, competent and professional. Dr. Jones was attentive and patient and listened to my concerns. Afterwards, she clearly explained her findings and instructions. Been calling for over an hour and nobody is answering the phone.
My appointment was at 8:20 and I showed up at 8:10. The first nurse put me in the room at 8:30 and then by 9 o’clock I had not been seen yet. I had to go to work so I had to leave so no hard feelings but I was told that I will get a call today but I have not received one yet, so I will have to call tomorrow to see what’s going on and what they want me to do. If doctor has time to call me, that would be great I appreciate it.
Everyone was amazing in the office. I felt like I had known everyone for a long time. I would recommend everyone to come to the office.
