I had my colonoscopy yesterday morning, and it was an absolutely horrific experience. Dr. Elsafadi began the colposcopy before any sedation took effect. It was extremely painful, uncomfortable, traumatic and humiliating. I felt completely violated during the procedure and dismissed when I told him I did not want to be awake and I cried during the procedure due to the extreme discomfort and pain. Would leave negative stars if I could. Does not care about his patients and ignores their loved ones. Literally pulled his collar over the side of his face rather than talk to us. Terrible human being.

I had previously missed two appointments when I finally made it into the office the receptionist was very rude. I went back to see rosemarie McFather and she started off with oh wow you’ve had a time getting here. Haven’t you then went straight to schedule my endoscope. The scheduling nurse let me know that they were more than likely call me ahead of time as they have cancellations every week. I was really impressed with the staff from check in to the nurses and Dr. Bader El-Safadi. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and caring. There were a lot of patients being tended to including myself and I observed a very caring staff working really well with the patients as well as with each other making sure we were comfortable, informed and calm.
