I had previously missed two appointments when I finally made it into the office the receptionist was very rude. I went back to see rosemarie McFather and she started off with oh wow you’ve had a time getting here. Haven’t you then went straight to schedule my endoscope. The scheduling nurse let me know that they were more than likely call me ahead of time as they have cancellations every week. I was really impressed with the staff from check in to the nurses and Dr. Bader El-Safadi. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and caring. There were a lot of patients being tended to including myself and I observed a very caring staff working really well with the patients as well as with each other making sure we were comfortable, informed and calm. The Dr. and staff was great. My only concern came from a random maintenance man entering into my procedure room in his normal work clothes, shoes and gear while I was on the table with my IV drip and medicated just as my procedure was about to begin to fix the ice machine. I thought those environments were supposed to be sterile. Other than that. Great experience!
