I was a patient here for a few years. I had problems making appointments, waiting on hold for up to 15 minutes before the phone line was disconnected. I had problems with the nursing staff discussing private healthcare information sent in confidential messages on the portal. Dr. Starr is awesome! She is so prompt, personable, and informative. I'm so glad I found her for my doctor.
This place used to be better. The providers and staff are still nice. However, they no longer do lab work in house. So, you have to find time to go to LabCorp or elsewhere. Half the time the office staff don’t pick up the phone, and then half the time they will call you back if you leave a message. You used to be able to set up appointments online but now you can’t.
