I rely on reviews for almost everything. So I always take the time to write one when I have the opportunity. Maybe it’s because I have truly had the worst primary care office ever this past year, but…. Good medical care(especially primary care) is so hard to find. Prospective new patient. I was instructed to fill out the new patient form and upload it into the portal, except I did not have access to the portal because I was a new patient. I called the week before my appointment and left a voicemail in the morning indicating I could not drop the form off due to a work conflict and that the portal did not work. Absolutely terrible service. I paid one amount when I entered and another when I left. At the end, they told me I didn't owe anything more. Then I received another bill in my mail saying I owed more money—absolutely absurd. I called them to ask for an explanation, and they said they were charging me extra because I was a new patient. I replied that they only took my blood pressure and prescribed acetaminophen, and the person who attended me insisted that was the amount and that "too bad for me," that they did what they could... read more

Staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly. The person who drew my blood is excellent.
