I’m so thankful that I transferred to this office. Dr. Martin and his staff are the best. Very attentive and pleasant. NP Kristi Pham is so awesome as well.
My left ear started hurting yesterday afternoon real bad called this morning to see if they could see me they told me the next appointment will be two weeks away I said what can I take for pain then they did not recommend anything they just said it'd be two weeks till they can see me that's kind of sad I forgot to add that I told them it feels like there's something in my ear that might be causing the problem no help at all
Nancy deserves 10 Stars! My hearing aid tip fell inside my ear friday night, Monday presidents day I ask for an appointment thinking it would be a week, 3 hours later nancy worked me in her schedule and I can hear again! Thank you Nancy. The front reception person was also awesome 👌AL
The staff is friendly and efficient. I saw Nicole White for the first time. She is a great provider. She was very understanding of my case and providing me with the care that I need. We discussed the treatment plan and she is a great listener and understood my needs and concerns. I look forward to working with her again.
