Try to call and make an appointment I was I called 3 times and sat on hold for 10 mins each time even tho I was the first caller and the receptionist was extremely rude I asked for her name and she hung up on me thank you for showing your true colors before I decided to give you my business I suggest going elsewhere
I have no idea how scheduling works at this practice but I am certain I have not been given the accurate information I need for appointments and tests. Two months ago the front desk staff said that they would give me a call about scheduling a HIDA scan at their location. No call came through in this two month span. Called back to them this morning and someone else at the front desk told me that they DON’T provide the HIDA scan and said that I was supposed to do the scan with my PCP and they had notified my PCP about this sca... read more
Had a procedure to open a valve in my esophagus with Botox .Have had serious problems since then. I would never go back to this place again!
Dr. Hartle is very kind and caring. He gives me great advice. He respects me and is patient with me when I have questions. I have great respect for him.
This is about the doctor, not TPMG. I would not be so kind if I was writing about TPMG. Dr. Hartle is a true professional who takes whatever time is necessary to get to the cause of the problems. He truly cares about the patient, not necessarily how many patients he see how fast. He will be missed.
