Well, I didn't know that Dr. Taylor's wife was still his wife and I found out that I was the affair after about 2 and half months. She even asked me to her "mantress" for a while after I did find out. I guess she loves that doctor money too much to be an honest person. I broke it off, obviously.
Used to be wonderful. I am sick. I call TPMG on Colony. They say my Dr. Is not in. I say, I can I see another Dr. there. They tell me No, they have to call my Dr. to make sure it’s OK!! Waiting for call back. Ridiculous. I hope I find a different Office. Any ideas around Denbigh? TPMG is going to lose this guy. (UPDATE, they said my Dr is not in..., can be seen Monday! Or I can go to their after hours. ) Need recommendations for other offices around Denbigh. TPMG Buh Bye!
The receptionists are rude when they answer the phone when I have any questions. Also, I dropped off paperwork to be filled out to clear me for my vision so that I am able to work and they want proof of a physical that I obviously had done through Riverside, stated in the paperwork and all I need is a signature from my primary doctor here at Tpmg to approve of me to work...but they refuse to sign it because they want proof of a physical CLEARLY stated in the paperwork I dropped off. Dr. Taylor is the best, he is the most thoughtful and caring doctor. He really lends an ear, is attentive to me, and does not rush me. I highly recommend him!
I have been a patient of Dr Baines for 20 plus yrs. He is the most thoughtful and caring DR. He takes time to listen to me and makes me feel important - he doesn't rush me out to see the next patient - HE CARES! He has helped me when I was very ill and I do not know what I would have done without him. Thank you TPMG for having Dr Baines - he is the best!
After almost a decade of being Dr. Taylor's patient I will never ever go back or recommend this practice to anyone! Also read other reviews online....most of them all say the same things...the staff is rude and Dr. Taylor was once a nice doctor but changed for the absolute worst! I have been in the medical field for 14 years and I was absolutely shocked at how poorly I was treated. If I had been this horrible to any of my patients I would have been fired. Been going here since I was very young. Seen alot of changes, but I believe they are better than ever. Dr. Taylor is the best doctor ever. My entire family, plus extended family see him. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you for your time and caring to the entire staff!
