Great place, ama,ing doctors and staff
Punctual. Great bedside manner. Am so grateful to have Mr Ireland, PA, as my Endocrinologist.
There's not much of a wait to see the doctor. She's thorough and gives good ideals to solve your issues. Checks how your blood sugars are running low or high. Very personable and interested in your medical progress.
How do I make a long story short? Going to this office has been the worst customer service experience of my life. The staff is rude and often times unprofessional. If you question things they are doing with your care you’re met with snarky remarks or attitudes. Oh! If you tell them you’re leaving their practice because you’re unsatisfied with their services, they write you a dismissal letter stating that THEY are the ones who are dismissing you. It’s unbelievable!! Don’t waste your time with this place.
