How do I make a long story short? Going to this office has been the worst customer service experience of my life. The staff is rude and often times unprofessional. If you question things they are doing with your care you’re met with snarky remarks or attitudes. Oh! If you tell them you’re leaving their practice because you’re unsatisfied with their services, they write you a dismissal letter stating that THEY are the ones who are dismissing you. It’s unbelievable!! Don’t waste your time with this place.
This review isn’t necessarily about this particular office however it is about TPMG as a whole and my experience with this office was just like it has been whenever I have tried to obtain care for myself or a family member at any physician within TPMG. Whenever I have tried to schedule any appointments with any provider at TPMG it has been a very difficult and frustrating situation. Solution for a diabetic, "Just don't eat. " Office staff not caring about a person, for real. Lab friends are WONDERFUL, but no one else seems to genuinely care. Truly sad.
