The staff is really nice, but we're not doing anything new at these appointments that I haven't been doing for years on my own and with my primary care. We just track my food and talk about my exercise and I'm on yet again a different diet that I've probably been on before, but I honestly can't keep track of them anymore. My primary care told me this location would be able to prescribe something to help boost the diet and exercise, but so far we just talk. Not sure what is happening, but one person at the front and she took 10 minutes to acknowledge me! Can’t get an appointment with Dr. Gaglione, but she charged me for a visit when I saw Erin Briscoe NP for a Wellness check and an Office Visit charge for Dr. Gaglione? Never spoke or saw her?. Not sure how that happened very confused.
I love Dr Miller and Erin NP. Dr Miller has been managing my health care needs since 2019. Dr Miller is amazing, caring and take her time with you hearing your concerns and assisting you with your goals. Erin is also amazing both women have great bedside manners and truly listen in a genuine caring way. I would recommend both these ladies
