All of the issues my military doctors continued to miss/ dismissed, Dr. Peterson acknowledged and treated. The staff is really kind, personable, and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend TPMG!
It is a sad day when an individual with intellectual disabilities is turned away and not seen due to an unforeseen car accident on the highway that brought traffic to a standstill. She arrived 9 minutes later than her scheduled time, after having endured traffic and passed through 2 cities to get to the appointment, just to be told that the office has a grace period of 7 minutes and she arrived 2 minutes after the grace period. I am active duty military and I was trying to make an appointment at the Newport News site but after leaving several voicemails with no response I had to call my insurance provider to see if there was an issue that I didn't know about. After being placed on hold by them they got in touch not with the Newport News location because no one over there answers the phone it's all voice mail but with this location as they do answer the phone but only the current patient line.
