The staff here is like family. I have some weird allergy/immune issues but I appreciate that the doctor/NP/PA are always listening to what I'm saying and do everything they can to help me.
I recently paid my first visit to TPMG Coastal Allergy and Dr. Ortiz and have nothing but the highest praise for their practice. The lady who scheduled my appointment was incredibly professional and kind, their office is extraordinarily well run, and everyone there was positive, welcoming and made me feel well cared for. The entire off is incredibly kind and attentive. The girls at the front desk are quick to acknowledge you and extremely helpful for checking in/checking out. The staff in general is great; I wasn’t crazy about traveling to Greenbrier for allergy testing but the care you get here makes it worth it.
I would highly recommend going here. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and professional.
