Everyone was super friendly and the office was very clean.
The staff is top notch, they are always friendly and helpful, kudos to the staff that handled the appointment line, they have a new doctor that speaks Spanish that is a plus, and they have appointments in a timely manner, I highly recommend this office.
I recently went for an allergy visit with a dr that I hadn’t seen before (my doc was in maternity leave). I have never regretted a drs visit more. The dr was MIA and I had to step out into the hallway to see if they had forgotten about me since it had been at least 30 minutes and I was supposedly the second visit of the day. The doctor came in gaslighted me about my symptoms and said oh well take Allegra you’ll be fine. I asked for a refill on my albuterol it was never sent. I then get a bill 4 months after the visit. Full transparency, I have never been to this office before. I called as a new patient yesterday, in desperate need of help after suffering with hives on and off for 6 months. I have been working with my dermatologist for years, and the best they could do was get me in for an appointment IN MARCH. Since my derm told me I would likely need to see an allergist, I took my shot with this office, and I'm glad I did. Came to TPMG because I was experiencing serious allergy symptoms. Did not feel listened to at all. Was told to see a dermatologist and that there was nothing that could be done for me. I had to ask a lot of questions to even be told that "to manage your symptoms, you can take 2 Benadryls." I came there looking for professional help and left feel completely written off.
