My medication lapsed and I was trying to get it filled. The office insisted they had sent the order to the pharmacy. After a day and a half of calling because the pharmacy never got it, I was finally told they actually had not sent it - despite two separate people confirming it was sent. Wildly unprofessional behavior to lie about the status of my prescription. If you believe medication will be a part of your healthcare needs I recommend choosing a different doctor.

Made an appointment for 11:00 made it to my appointment early checked in online and waited nobody called so I went in and the lady talking about some oh you have to reschedule You're late for your appointment when they seen that I checked in and I was there waiting
I have been seeing Dr. hiotellis since 2019. He is amazing! He is the first doctor who was willing to prescribe a certain medicine to see if it could help with my TMJD I haven’t seen him directly for a few years now until today, as he is always so booked so I’ve normally just chosen someone else at his practice. His bedside manner is unmatched. I had to bring my 2 young kids with me and he chatted with them some, which they LOVED. I was referred here by a friend of mine and Dr Hiotellis was amazing!! I felt listened to and like I wasn't just a number. The entire office was so sweet like a little family.
