Jailyn and Jeremiah have now helped with emergency maintenance services at my apartment twice and they are AMAZING! They are both very professional, kind, helpful, and communicative. Both times they have arrived in a very timely manner and fixed my maintenance issues quickly. Incredibly grateful for them both as they have helped me in very urgent situations. Highly recommend TP&L and, again, am so grateful for Jailyn and Jeremiah!

Two young technicians, Jerimiah and Jaylen who were extremely knowledgeable, respectful and courteous fixed a very difficult plumbing issue after another was unable to resolve. They worked nonstop for more than two hours until the issue was resolved. They exhibited a strong work ethic, persistence, and dedication as a great team. Chuck, a young plumber with TP&L, just spent 4 1/2 hours fixing my very dead hot water heater. I can’t praise him enough. He was neat, professional, thorough and went above and beyond to give me hot water again. I can’t thank him enough, or give him enough praise. Five stars, absolutely.
