I currently work here, you dont get paid enough for what you do. For christ sake mcdonalds get paid more than us and were steady pushing heavy carts and non stop making parts. Also their attendance policy is BS i missed a day prior to the day i had to study for exams, they gave no leeway or excuse of absence FOR STUDYING FOR EXAMS. Im sorry but i dont want to work here for the rest of my life therefore im going to miss a day if i have to study FOR MY CAREER. You can get up to two “occurrences” per year i guess.
