TPI Aluminum installed a brand new lanai picket panel frame and screen for me last week. This company were great to work with from start to finish. I'm on a second floor and have a hurricane roll-down electric shutter on the inside of the lanai screen that blocked access to the left and right side channels for inserting spline; so the entire unit was assembled and screen installed prior to installation. Pool cage is very nice. Crew was polite and quickly finished work. I would have given them five stars, but the crew dropped screws around property and one punctured one of my car’s run flat tires and had to be replaced. The owner covered the tire repair cost, so very happy with the job.

TPI just finished our lanai screen enclosure. I could not have expected more. The design would definately withstand a hurricane. The enclosure was partially pre-constructed in a workshop so there was a minimal of onsite cutting and fitting. The installers were professional and efficient and they made a point of cleaning up after each work day. We could not be happier that we chose TPI.
