Worst urgent care clinic experience ever. The staff is not knowledgeable enough to treat a common cold in a child. Not only that, they don't listen to the parent's input. Incompetent. They billed twice for a strep test because they said they have to do it twice. When I told Stephanie I was not told this in office she just stated that is the medical guide for them to do the test after 24 hrs like I was just supposed to know how medical tests and billing works. We have been using this group since they first started. We always get amazing care and advice. My kids started with Dr. Lipscumb before this group, and have seen a few new ones within this group. They have loved all of them. We appreciate all they do for us!
