Love Dr Lipscomb and have for almost 20 years that he’s been our family pediatrician. His staff leaves a lot to be desired, though. Especially at the Anna location. My grandmother called to make an appointment for my child and was hung up on. They documented that my grandmother “didn’t know the reason for the appointment” which was untrue. I took my 5 year old son in on Wednesday for a terrible, itchy rash. Expressed to the nurse and doctor that he has sensitive skin and has had reactions to sunscreen before and that we were pretty sure it was an allergic reaction. The doctor seemed pretty uninterested in what I had to say. He looked at a few spots and said “it looks bacterial” prescribed antibiotics and sent us on our way. My two older kids (8yr & 9yrs) saw Dr Fatiregun and Nurse Mel this week. Nurse Mel was very good with my keys fears and question regarding pokes and needles. She was goofy and very friendly which made my momma heart very thankful. Dr. Fatiregun listened to all my concerns and unfinished thoughts lol and provided all the answers I needed and even provided printed information to further assist. Very happy with yhis office! We ran into my youngest's (18m) nurse, Randa who is so very sweet.

Worst urgent care clinic experience ever. The staff is not knowledgeable enough to treat a common cold in a child. Not only that, they don't listen to the parent's input. Incompetent. They billed twice for a strep test because they said they have to do it twice. When I told Stephanie I was not told this in office she just stated that is the medical guide for them to do the test after 24 hrs like I was just supposed to know how medical tests and billing works. I spoke with VP Stephanie to file a complaint. We didn't get anywh... read more
