I was a patient at TPG in Sherman, TX for my daughter beginning when she was 2 months old. She is now 21 months old. I stopped bringing her to this office after her 15-month vaccinations and a subsequent infection. I want to clearly state that the nurses and doctors were always wonderful with my daughter. I have no complaints regarding the bedside care she received. However, I do have concerns regarding medical guidance. After my daughter experienced at least 5 ear infections, no referral to an ENT specialist was recommended... read more

The problem with this office is their records system, they do not put everything in there even when given the proper records. They lack of resources to look at your childs records while talking to you in the exam room. They have no laptops, computers or even clipboards to show them what they treated their patients for last and what medications they are taking. Also they have staff that do not run proper testing and just assume a diagnosis. The nurse station also NEVER called us back with the concern of our child having aller... read more

Receptionist was in a bad mood when I checked my children in so she failed to understand I was checking in two children. When my first child was called back I informed the lovely nurse that I had 2 children... I then had to go back to front desk to check in my second child. I told the front desk what pharmacy my family used. I also told the nurse what pharmacy we used and the physician what pharmacy we used. Our pharmacy has not changed since going to tpg and they sent our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. We called to ha... read more

Dr Lopez is not a good Dr at all. Not sure where she got her degree from. I wouldn't even give her 1 star. She placed a child on ADHD meds and never did blood work on this child. This child now has seizures.

My son has been here really sick 3 times in the last 30 days. Each time, they stick him with a different doctor and each time they are unorganized and dont look back at previous information. 1st visit- they swabbed him and he had strep. They gave antibiotics. He finished them all the way through but 2 days after finishing he's sick again. 2nd visit- they swabbed him again and saw strep again. They tried to give same thing as last time and we complained saying he just did a full cycle of that and he still has strep. They fina... read more
