We have visited the Anna clinic several times with both my 1 yo and 3 yo and I am consistently underwhelmed. The floors are dirty, the staff are cold, and the wait times are insane. We just went 3 days ago and there was only 1 car in the parking lot yet we still waited 20 minutes to be seen. Dr. Dhoot did a 2-minute exam, did not give any recommendations to help with my 1 yo’s congestion, and sent us on our way. Will not be returning!!!
I brought my grandsons here. Madison at the front desk was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Randia was so patient with my oldest, who is scared of the doctor’s office.
Pro vax pediatrics. They do not respect the parent’s right to make informed decisions for their own children.
Wonderful, clean office with such a personal and friendly staff. Dr. Lipscomb is the best! He always makes my kids feel welcome and truly heard.
The check in form is super inefficient. I get lab results to my portal online but I have to hand write my info every time I come in?!
