Love the doctors, can’t stand the billing office. Provider Business Partners is useless, and TPG couldn’t care less about the No Surprises Act (2022). They’ll stick whatever they can on you, and hope you don’t speak up.

DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE A MEDICAID CLIENT! The company is still illegally billing me as I had Medicaid at the TOS and they billed an incorrect person. They harassed me into giving my exes name and ignored when I told them that it was most assuredly not under his name. This caused them to bill a random John illegally. The company then discharged me because I was crying in the office. CRYING. The manager was very rude and had no knowledge of billing. We have been going to Dr. Lipscomb for over 20+ years and in the past couple years the office has gone WAY DOWN HILL. The wait is ridiculous and the front office is a joke trying to check in and out. I would appreciate making sick kid areas again as I hate watching a baby (who’s here for a well visit) sit next to my son who could have strep, covid or the flu. The staff and doctors at TPG Pediatric Urgent Care & Clinic are professional, efficient, and informative. From the moment we walked in I knew we had chosen the right place for our daughter. We went on a Sunday during Urgent Care and the wait time was the quickest I have seen or ever experienced at an Urgent Care. I was truly amazed and appreciative.
