I have used TPC Appraisal Services several times and I’m 100% happy with their service. Lance has come out to give me very accurate appraisals on different homes. He responds fast to any questions or concerns I may of had about the homes during and after the inspections. I would recommend TPC to anyone needing an appraisal.

It was a real delight to work with Lance. He is highly professional, very responsive, and very knowledgeable about the area. I was able to book an appointment almost instantly and received the appraisal report shortly afterward. Lance was attentive, efficient, and reliable throughout the entire process.
