If your employer has you work with this organization... good luck. I'm unsure what "service fees" are necessary when I have to do all the leg-work to get my 401k rolled over. I provided all the banking info and coordination for both the transfer out and in. There are no instruction tied to the packet, so it's been kicked back multiple times. This company either needs to do more work to transfer funds in a more timely manner on behalf of "customers" or reduce their fee.
