Sunroom project unfinished for over a year. My friends have left dozens of unreturned messages. Pile of materials and trash left on their lawn for months. Room is still unfinished, and multiple contractors have shaken their head in looking at the botched concrete, uneven lines, and edges that don't match. I liked it. Interesting atmosphere. prices were NYC average.... Higher than non NYC places. I would go back again.

We had hired for a large tile shower and a large, basic deck pre-COVID this year. Supplies were delivered for the deck, but was markedly short on building materials and under-engineered according to the contractor we hired (and two others we consulted) after we parted ways with TPA. Shower project, we were promised he could handle it even though he no longer had a "tile guy," but that was definitely not correct.
