This location always has a line and a bit of a wait, but the tea is pretty high quality. I like getting a strawberry matcha latte or brown sugar milk tea here. Their boba is always fresh and soft, not hard. They sell bubble waffles. It's a bit pricey, but they're pretty good. The chocolate filled one is like a chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven. One tip they have posted is to order in-store as there's a fee using the Snackpass app. They have 2 kiosks and 1 register you can order from.

Amazing customer service, we need more places like tp tea. Always greeting me when I come in to always making sure I’m satisfied with my drink. There’s also handsome front workers there working the front overall experience of this place is a 10/10! I definitely enjoyed the velvet lychee as they used super strong and flavorful tea

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience here! I ordered a tea that turned out to be a bit too sweet for my taste, and Marisa was so incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, she offered to remake a different drink for me to make sure I left happy. You don't see this level of thoughtful, customer-oriented service every day. The drinks are fantastic, but the hospitable staff makes this place truly special. Thank you, Marisa! I'll definitely be back soon!
