I had the good fortune to accidentally meet the owner, "Tall Paul" and his two assistants when they had just finished a job at my next door neighbor. The owner, "Tall Paul," was so nice he agreed to look at my broken toilet right on the spot, without an appointment! His skilled team fixed the toilet in minutes, It works great. Hired this guy Paul DID the job was satisfied, he told me if I need another JOB CALL him, I did,needed another emergency job he said ok will be there. all he does is lie, never showed UP NEVER was responsible enough to call me back he wasted my time, my boiler flooded all over my basement caused me thousands of dollars in damages, Paul is not responsible, Please dont waste your time with this company.
Call "Tall Paul".... NO JOB IS OUT OF REACH! Leave your worries to TP Plumbing!.That is their logo on their website. Unfortunately TALL PAUL left me DRY and Screwed me ROYALLY. His ego and emotions took over, and quit on the SPOT leaving me hanging DRY, because he won't take directions from the CoOp board as to how our shower drainage must be installed. Paul and team are amazing! We have used them twice now. Once for a laundry pump replacement and the second time for a hot water heater replacement. We have also consulted them for replacement on our shower hardware as well. We will be using them for any future plumbing projects and 100% would recommend them to anyone. From price of projects to knowledge of everything around plumbing to timeliness of jobs they present everything you want when hiring someone.
They do an excellent job and very responsible.
