Absolutely amazing! they flushed the radiators for me, another time they took out my old solid cast iron bath, managed to carry it down stairs then put in a new bath but I didn't manage to get hold of a side panel or drainage parts so they went out for me to get the rest of the missing parts. Next time I had them, they put in a new kitchen tap for me and repaired a leak I had under the sink.
