Very bad experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The service was extremely slow — I arrived at 10:00 AM and only finished at 12:00 PM, just for a simple manicure and nail polish. The French manicure was the worst I’ve ever had: uneven lines, messy application, and the result looked rushed even though it took them two hours. Total waste of time and money. I will never return.
Kim hooked me up with an awesome pedicure! Will definitely be back to see her again. Everyone seemed very friendly in here! Recommend!
Made an appointment 3 weeks in ad ance, they called three time to remind Us about the appointment. We get there at the exact time and she tells us 15min. An hour later she was finally ready to do my nails. The shop is filthy very unprofessional.
The guy who did my nails was friendly, but he was doing multiple things at once. I just had a removal and he overused the dremel in some places. It got hot and my nails are thin and damaged in spots. The work area was not clean. There was nail clippings from other people there. I don't think the dremels were clean. Dust everywhere. The place is very cramped. I'd be concerned about infection.
I get my gel nails done here. My nail aesthetician is brilliant and very gifted at her work. My nails always look the way I want them to after she has applied them. G. Rowe
