I scheduled a chimney sweep with Toziers as a repeat customer months ago for October 15th 2021. I received a call from the owner today stating he has Covid & can't work til after next week. I was fine with waiting til he was back to work but he stated he can't reschedule til mid December. I asked how is he gonna reschedule my appointment after customers that scheduled after I did.
