I remember this specific location during my childhood, and it was my birthday. My mom let me skip school that day, and I picked out a toy here (I even remember what it was to this day). Then the nice cashier person handed out a birthday balloon for me, and even announced my name over the loudspeaker so everyone in the store knew lol! Those were the days! Horrible customer service. Asked an employee if he knew when more Atari Flashback Portables would arrive and he condescendingly said to ask other employees!
The customer service at this facility is FANTASTIC! The owner operator care about you and is interested in helping you with all your storage needs. They take credit and debit and set me up on auto pay so I don't have to worry about late charges etc. He gave me a Free Lock and I'm a happy customer. The units are clean and new and the security is great.
The manager Kingsley was really awesome! I had an issue with a bike i purchased while back and he went completely out of his way to accommodate. He was gracious and patient until we figured out a solution that I was satisfied with. I would shop here again in a heartbeat cause the service cant be beat!
I have been trying to contact someone who can help me with the poor service I received at Kenwood, Cincinnati, Ohio ToysRus. I placed a order for the 24 inch Hello Kitty beach cruiser bike on October 12th, I placed the bike in layaway that day so I would have a place to hide the bike until Christmas. I was advised that I would need to put some money down and have at least 1/2 the balance paid within 90 days or in full by December 9th if I wanted the bike for Christmas since it would be shipped from the factory. The owner is a total sweetheart. One of those amazing keeper hairstylest. Adorable little home salon that is very professional at the same time. I loved my hair and she is more affordable than all the rest. SIMPLY AMAZING...and ill keep coming back!
They have every toy you could possibly imagine.
this is your average store in need of some new management I think...shelves leave a lot to be desired but staff is friendly
