Honda dealer said bad alternator on daughter's 2011 Odyssey due to oil leak from engine on it and said my warranty would not cover and wanted to charge $3200 for both...took it to Blaine and Brandon and they discovered NO oil leak on alternator and helped get warranty company to cover it 😀
Do not believe the hype. At 4.9 stars and with a name that suggests they specialize in Toyota’s I thought we would be getting more for what we paid for. Paid for a new transmission for our 2014 Sienna which was wrongly installed and left the safety of my family compromised. Blane had every excuse and argument why this wasn’t their fault but then a tech eventually confessed they messed up. Their answer for their mistake was $500 and further services on the vehicle. These guys are great. They were super kind and worked as fast as possible on our 2010 Sienna as it is currently our only car. I'm beyond grateful.
I am embarrassed to say that I drove my Prius across the country from Colorado to Kalamazoo with the floor mat jammed under the gas pedal. I took it to ToyoTech, sure it was finally ready for a new battery. Although I certainly deserved to be laughed at, these guys were SO kind, didn’t make me feel stupid, and didn’t charge me a dime. Turns out, there is nothing wrong with my car, but if there was this would be the first place I would take it to. Thank you!
Highly recommended for all your Toyota needs! ToyoTechs was recommended to us by a mechanic family member. There are obviously other auto places around the area that you can go, and will do a good job. However we were told that ToyoTechs is the BEST place to go due to their specialization, price, availability, and quality of work.
