Very disappointing experience with my 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, with only 6,353 km. While travelling from Windsor to Toronto with my wife and three children, the vehicle suddenly showed “Hybrid System Malfunction.” We had to tow the vehicle to the London dealership and return to Windsor by Uber. I was later told the A/C condenser was damaged by a stone and was not covered under warranty. The A/C was still working, and I was not provided a rental vehicle. Latoya provided exceptional honest service at very reasonable cost! Really happy customer here!
I would recommend Toyota North as they have better customer service. I dealt with Shawn at this location and I did not like how vulgair he was.. I did not find him professional.
