The best service centre I have ever been to. I arrived early and they took me right in. They were fast and extremely thorough. The mechanics even took a video of my vehicle as it was jacked up and tires were off to show their work. This was a nice surprise as no other centre has done this, and it insured transparency and honesty. The lounge area was nice and their complimentary coffee machine was amazing! Geordie was excellent to work on my Highlander purchase. He was quick to respond, accomdated my schedule, gave clear answers, and provided straightforward pricing up front with no surprises. The entire process was so easy and efficient and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Geordie!!
Went in the other day for a problem I was having with my driver seat. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially MJ! He talked me through everything, such as what the problem was with the car seat, what needed to be done, and answered all the questions I had, which I really appreciated. So, thank you MJ!
It's very difficult to make a service appointment.
