This is the worst Toyota dealership I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been to multiple others. The service department is by far the worst aspect of the dealership. I have a tire and rim package warranty and the tire coverage is for replace only. They patched it first and I ran around in circles with them trying to get a refund for it, which I still haven’t even gotten. I had to call the warranty company myself to have them sort everything out, and they told me straight up they don’t know why they patched my tire when my warran... read more
