Got my oil changed back in April, no issues. I'd say the only problem I had was the drastic overcharge on a simple oil change. Something that should've costed $90-$100 came out to $200+ due to labor charges. A week ago, I attempt to change my own oil and the drain plug was stuck in place. Tried three separate times, tried muscle, tried different tools, and the damn drain plug still wouldn't budge.
