I went here for a simple service and was told 90 minutes. Great, no problem I can wait 90 minutes. 3 hours go by, and I still have no update, so I decide to call and was told oh we are busy so it’s gonna be another 90 minutes. Excuse me? You told me hour and a half and now it’s double that and you need more time? This is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. The only reason I continued bringing my vehicle here was because I purchased it from this dealership. The problems started with constant calls from multiple phone numbers trying to schedule service. Even after blocking numbers, they continued calling from different ones. They repeatedly pushed me to bring the vehicle in every four months, despite the owner's manual clearly stating service intervals of six months or 5,000 miles. Feel like I've been getting the run around here. They've had my car for a week now for what was only supposed to be a vacuum pump recall replacement. Have been told my car should be ready 4 different days now. Tried following up today and was told twice I'd get a call back and now the shop is closed and never heard anything back. What is going on with my car and why is it taking so damn long?
