We found a car online and called to see if it was still available, showed up an hour later from Gilroy to purchase it . Salesman Miguel was very sweet, and up front about everything. Great experience! Will definitely be going back for all our vehicles.
I want to share my experience so other customers—especially those who aren’t car experts—don’t repeat my mistake. During my recent visit to Sunnyvale Toyota for the routine 35k maintenance on my 2018 Corolla XLE, the service advisor, Ivonne, presented three pre-packaged “maintenance options” priced around $2,000 (Preferred / Value / Minimum). Came in for my 5k mile service for my 2022 prius and they REFUSED to change my engine oil even though I knew it was supposed to be included for the first 5 services. I told them my alignment was off and all they did was take it for a test drive to say it was perfectly fine! To add to the insult, they took 1 FULL DAY to merely rotate tires?? I ended up going to SLT auto repair. This dealership service department SUCKS
Really bad experience employees can’t drive a manual and attempt to do so employees that do not work in service dept??? Like a cashier who clearly right in front of myself and my son both was not pushing the clutch in and attempting to put my car into all six different grates until being noticed and then still driving my car into the back causing damage to my new car purchase at same time and afterwards back at desk ringing me up….???And end up damaging vehicle while doing so and then not tell customer about it just keep car... read more
