I had a great experience at Toyota South Atlanta Collision. The process is never fun but the team is extremely friendly and kept me updated during my repairs. Thank you Jeff M. for getting me back on the road.
This establishment is not safe for anyone to patronize - ESPECIALLY WOMEN!! They actually wrecked my god sisters car while in their “care”! I’m so saddened and dismayed as we are trying to get legal counsel to rectify this because they will not take accountability for the random new repairs needed for the car at this point. They actually totaled the car. This is unbelievable and we are all at a loss. Please please save yourselves and do not come here. All of the positive reviews have been left by employees as well.

This situation reflects a deeply concerning customer service and accountability failure. The owner Jacquelin Hill of a 2025 Kia K4 entrusted her vehicle to a collision repair center for repairs following an accident, only to later learn that the vehicle had been involved in another incident while under the shop's care and was ultimately declared a total loss.
