My experience here was TERRIBLE, They failed to send me updates about my car , then when I contacted them for updates , I was giving attitudes and being rushed off the phone . AFTER my car was repaired , it was half ass repaired I had to keep going back for them to FIX what they DID not do properly and wasted gas and time TWICE because everytime I would go up there there was no one available to help me .. they always on “ break “ or mechanics left early for the day . I wish I stopped by her to read the reviews before I brought my car her my automatic starter worked perfectly fine before coming to this place and I hate how RICHIE and the front office lady tried to rush me out without properly hearing or trying to fix the problem I came out 1000 dollars and my insurance paid almost 6k to fix my vehicle . My car 2019 Kia Optima (bumper ) was damaged due to someone hitting me from the back. Great customer service!! Scott was soo helpful, patient over the phone and answered all my questions and concerns. Debbie, Catherine also was super nice and took care of all my needs. First time going there and I will definitely go again if needed. I also will be recommending family and friends to this shop!
