Friendly customer service, helpful explaining what is going on with your vehicle. Very nice that they have shuttle service to and from while they are working on your vehicle. I highly recommend.

Had diagnostics done on the car, they charged me $500 and took 1 week, was told wiring needs replacement for 9k so i took it to another shop for diagnostics, it took them 10-15 minutes to find out that wiring is fine and all I needed is to replace 1 sensor, I bought sensor on eBay for $180, it took me 2 minutes to install it and the problem is gone! so my total cost to fix was 180+70 still 2x less then fake diagnosis from Toyota service.
