Two days ago I took my recently purchased 2021 Highlander Hybrid in for oil service and I will not be back. The oil change itself went fine and was quick and the customer service was initially fine. Big shout out to Cynthia Jones along with the entire service department for their polite and professional customer service. You have been servicing me and my wife’s vehicles for last six years. We are going to miss you guys. Hopefully the Toyota service department in Arizona can keep up the good work.
