Usually quick and friendly service, but Cynthia went above and beyond today, thanks!! For regular maintenance, they do sometimes have appointments the same week, or a few weeks out if you need a weekend.

Update.... My tale light is fixed,but something else happened to my surprise. When I got into my car I noticed that my gear shifter cover was put back on (it fell off due to the heat. Its just a cover i got through Amazon). Also i could not roll down my passenger window from the drivers side but to my surprise that was fixed as well. All this was done at no extra charge.. this just sealed the deal that Toyota of Puyallup will be where my car gets its care for now on. Thank y'all again! I’ve been taking my car here since it was new 2.5 yrs ago. I’ve put 48k miles on my car so I’ve brought the car in for service about ten times and for the most part they do a good job when it comes to tire rotations and oil changes. They also have a nice waiting area and they provide an inspection report almost every time. Unfortunately though they charge premium rates for less than premium service. $215/hr when the shop down the street with better reviews charges $100/hr. My mom had a minor accident. She paid to have it looked @ $150.00. The estimate for repair was $4000.00. The diagnosis broken tie rod that went into the steering. I had her tow it to my mechanic The total with tax 272.00. My mom is in her 80's. It is illegal to take financial advantage of the elderly. There was no damage to the steering.
