Updated: Gus at the Parts Center desk is super nice! Love his customer service. Had my oil changed today. They quoted me 1.5 hours, I was out in almost a half hour. I dont like one of the sales guys at this location, Seth (overly confident and snarky), but the service department is great.
They can’t find leak in my tier. Or just don’t want to do it.
This shout out is for Cynthia over at the service center. I did something as simple as an oil change, but she was just the sweetest person and very personable. I enjoyed my short interaction with her. She even got me a shuttle to go home. Ended up not needing it because they did my service in a timely manner. Thank you, Cynthia!
Every oil change, next day check engine light is on. Update. Dolan from service did reach out and has promised to fix the problem if it persists at no charge to the customer . Thanks to Dolan for reaching out.
Not happy with the service I have gotten here unfortunately I have a warranty so I have to come back. Called verified that my 1 year old car that broke down (which I bought from them) had it towed to shop on Saturday. They said they would call when they received the car. Never got a call. Monday night I called them they lost the car then finally found it. Now I have missed TWO Appointments (even tho the car is at the shop so don’t know how that’s possible).
