Had my oil changed today. They quoted me 1.5 hours, I was out in almost a half hour. I dont like one of the sales guys at this location, Seth (overly confident and snarky), but the service department is great.
Horrible! I bought my truck new in 2009 and had the dealers do every service. I dad a brake job and new rotors done here. Brakes squeal continually. Dealer told me "that's just how the new rotors are" and " they should ware in and stop". After 10 months the dealer installed a 2nd set of pads with no improvement. I took the truck to a deferent shop and they were also unable to fix whatever the dealer did. So now I a couple years in and my truck apparently has a squeal until I replace the rotors again.
