I will go to the Tacoma Toyota dealer rather than Puyallup location just minutes away Toyota Tacoma is better to have to deal with. I leave 5;stars because I only used the location for oil changes and all went well. For repair options look else where
I scheduled my car for brakes, tire rotation and tail light repair. Oil was changed when asked for it not to be, however the service department made it right once they were aware.
Cost of basic service was absurd!!! New brakes (pads only) changed ALL fluids, new cabin air filter and was $2500+ with tax. Had to take it back because when heater fan came on made a BAD sound. When replacing cabin air filter a leaf fell in... if they can't change a fricken air filter without an issue then how do i know they did everything else right? Sound petty, oh it's just a leaf but that's not the point it's they saw how dirty the filter was, should have dbl checked to make sure nothing fell in.
