Hi TJ! For every response, I’ll leave an additional review. I have plenty of leisure time, so I’ll continue documenting my experience. After doing my due diligence, I learned your dealership isn’t affiliated with Ken Ganley, which makes sense, because based on my family’s experience, Mr. Ganley would never find this level of customer service acceptable. For some reason, my initial review was flagged, but I will continue to share my experience so it can be heard. I was charged $116 (discounted from $179.95, which I appreciated) for a “diagnostic” that ultimately amounted to inspecting my tire and finding a nail. I paid because I was told I could not retrieve my keys without paying. More concerning was the stereotyping and racial profiling I experienced. As Helen’s twin brother, I know her character very well, which is why her experience here is deeply concerning. Money has never been an issue for our family. The real issue is the lack of professionalism, communication, and the unfair assumptions made about her intentions. My daughter had a very bad experience at this location. She was told that a diagnostic test was performed on her vehicle. She paid for it but no test was provided. We were racially profiled from an assumption that the employees made. This is unprofessional behavior and we will be in touch with the owner.
