My mother Bought a Toyota Corolla brand new in 2009 from this dealership. There was a recalls for Toyota models : Corrola, Camry, Avalon, etc... The paint was peeling out of the car exterior. I took the car there after recall was made like 6 yrs. before, & the car had 39K miles, the staff at Toyota dealer said the Toyota doesn't cover those recalls anymore since the period exceeded. Really bad experience here. SUPER overpriced, $40 for a tire rotation. $95 for an oil change. They say they’re “in line” with competitors pricing, they’re not. They’re scammers. Not to mention, it takes weeks to get an appointment here. That amazes me considering the poor service and outrageous pricing. Not only that, but when I bought my vehicle here and it included the lifetime powertrain warranty included by Toyota, I was lied to over and over again.
