Edit 1/5/26 after reading the service manager’s joke of a response: YOU KNOW A PLACE IS SCUMMY WHEN THEY RESPOND TO REVIEWS WITH AN ENTIRE 5 paragraph essay defending their misleading and morally inept business practices The amount of 1 star reviews speak for themselves. 1. Why would I need your “power train for life” FAKE warranty (that MEANS NOTHING becuase you will still charge for diagnostics anyways) when my Kia has a lifetime warranty — and everything including diagnostics is 100% free? 2.
