The service was fast and complete. I made two requests and I felt that Brandon at the service department listened to me. I appreciate that.
From the time I made the phone call that I needed help, they were there for me with tremendous staff and support. Jerry kept me well informed of what was needed and how progress was going in a stressful time as I live in Canada and had to get home after the breakdown (motor) and then back again to pick it up when repairs were complete.. I was in good hands though with the kindness and support I was given by this amazing dealership staff. Thank you so much Stephen Wade Toyota, you are the best!
