Fast and professional
The service was great, as always. My only annoyance was that the rear tire cover wasnt reattached but in the cargo area. It’s a major pain to put back on so….

I didn't make an appointment. I live in Mesquite. My husband had a doctor's appointment in St George and I took a chance and stopped at the dealership for an oil change. They squeezed me in and did an incredible job. Very pleased. I actually ended up buying another car there that evening.
Coming from California, I only had to deal with one service advisor at the dealership. I originally bought my FJ there in 2009 and had been bringing it there ever since, so ALL the service advisors knew me and I entrusted one person to provide me the services I required, not something they were trying to sell me. I wish the dealership here had a rewards system. In California, for every dollar you spent, you would get a point. Your points would add up and you could use them toward future services.
