Very polite phone service staff - only problem is the information they give is 100% useless! Perfect example of an organisation attempting to prioritise profitability over customer service via AI and failing miserably! Been a customer of Ryde Toyota for over 10 years - used to be a superb dealership. Now a shadow of its former self!
