Quick, easy - but dealership pricing
Just had an Amazing service, traded in my car and Ryde Toyota gives free coffee (really helps in the morning 🤣) and an orange while you wait; 10/10 service. Really friendly staff too - it's great. I will definitely stick to Toyota from now on. The only complaint was not enough seats 🤣
I booked my car service one month ago and provide everything they need. When I arrived, they told me they can’t do the service. Totally waste my time. If they can’t do, why they don’t tell me in advance. Never come again.
I don't understand their business model. Brought my car in for assessment/diagnosis for a knocking sound (which I suspected to be CV joint). After paying the assessment fee of $400, they sent me away explaining that a sensor was the issue (which they cleaned and assured me was the cause). Every customer that comes thru their door should be treated with respect and deserved the professional advice/judgement of their mechanic (which I think did nothing but cursory glance).
