I have been getting my Toyota serviced at Cox for the past several years without a lot of issues. I bought a 2025 $60.000 plus SUV from Toyota of Warren on August of 2025. I was told the second key needed to be located but they would provide a second key. After several months, I was told it could not be found and I would have to have one made at the cost of approximately $350. Went in today to complete final paperwork on a Rav4. Xavier said him and Carlos got the deal I needed if I would just do one thing for them.....scan the QR code and give them a 5star using their names. I gladly did it in front of them as they had been a great help and held the car for me while I attended a funeral. After about 20 minutes they came back and said the GM would not let them sell the car for that! Lie straight to my face to get the 5 star rating.
Extremely Disappointed with Post-Sale Service I purchased a black 2023 Honda Sport from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle was delivered without the plastic door protectors, without the second ignition key, and with a cracked windshield. I reported all of this on the day of delivery.
