I needed work done on my vehicle to address a factory recall that was going to take 2+ hours to complete. I needed to get back home to receive a delivery and they refused to offer a loaner vehicle. They told me I could call a rental car company to bring me a vehicle, but they wouldn't cover the cost. Prior to having my Toyota I had a Mazda that I would get serviced at Eastgate Mazda and it was never an issue getting a loaner car. Very disappointing.
Waited over 30 minutes and get my tire pressure checked. Only one service person was working while more than three greeters were around. I was asked by three of them concerning “my appointment”. Disappointed in employee assignment.
Once again, I had a bad experience with Stacey. This time it was connected with my 70K mile check up. Since I bought the car there, I've always gone back for warranty work. The appointment was on Wednesday, July 24. On Thursday I noticed that the tire pressure light was on. I returned to the dealership. Stacy told me that the sensor was probably bad.
