Would not recommend this Toyota service. After waiting nearly 10 days for an appointment I dropped my car off in the morning and pick it up at 5pm. I was charged just to run a diagnostic test due to Engine light and a fault showing on my vehicle. Was then charged on-top of that fee to reset and update the computer. Another inspection found no issues. No parts just labor. When they brought my car around the engine light and faults were still showing. I asked them to diagnose an issue with my car. A specific issue. It took them two hours to pull ODM codes and tell me my wipers could be replaced for $150 and never diagnosed the original issue. I am making a BBB and attorney general complaint regarding Alissa and Shirley.
Brought my car under warranty to get an issue resolved. I was told I would be let known the next day if it would be taken care of. No one contacted me for 2 weeks so I called back and was told they would totally look into and get back to me. That was over a month ago. They don't seem to care about you at all and hope you just go away. I'd say it's the worst service I ever received had they even given me any.
Everybody helped us a lot getting a car. I really recommend this place for a teenage to buy his/her car. Thank you Mike. I will love my first car. 🤟
Sales Manager John is a dishonest person. When we bought the car, we specifically asked the salesperson for a Toyota dash cam. After verifying with the service department, the salesperson confirmed that the 360-degree dash cam was not compatible, but an integrated dash cam would work with my car.
