Scheduled for 7:45am on a Saturday for an oil change and a brake consult which turned out for the latter to be non conclusive. Waited patiently since the text/status suggested to be in progress and no call received from the service advisor (Arnold Lozano) (confirmed mobile number and suggested “waiting while work is performed”). During the financing process, the finance manager, Mrs. Doris, repeatedly assured me that my APR would be 4.99%. Based on her verbal assurance, and without being shown any documentation to confirm the rate beforehand, I proceeded to sign the electronic agreement. Unfortunately, after reviewing the signed documents at home, I discovered that the actual APR was 7.99%.
