I had my oil changed at this place, and I requested a shuttle service for when I came back to pick up my car. I called four times and spoke with four different people, clearly explaining my request each time. Not a single person helped me. They kept putting my call on hold and then it got disconnected automatically. The last person made me wait 12 minutes, only to tell me they weren’t sure when a shuttle would be available. This kind of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
It was ok but everyone was busy trying to find high ticket price customer. I came 2 time but no help from salesperson. They are non-motivated salesperson. Perhaps they didn't wanted my business.
Waited for almost three hours just to find out what issues were going on...for a moment I wondered if the mechanics were making Tik Toks in the back.
