Advertised oil special 69.95, got the bill 79.95. Tell advisor and he says he knows nothing of it. Pull up website and he says ok.. He will take off $6? This place does the minimal. Suggested a bunch of other things which came out to about 1300 or so. No thanks. Newer car gets oil change every 10k but they will try to get you to come in at 3k. Usually come in around 7k but don't let them get you! Only good thing is they usually have time to take you in. Be careful and check your bill. Advisors are clueless, not very knowledg... read more
not service with a smile. people work on their computer when you're talking to them instead of focusing on the person, too busy to answer questions. I wouldn't recommend them anymore. it used to be different - I wonder if management changed.
