It’s shame that an established showroom like Toyota takes money for parts replacement and doesn’t actually do it. Paid for AC replacement as they recommended and didn’t do it.
I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota Midland. I purchased some parts for my car, but they didn’t fit and were overpriced. When I returned them, I was asked to fill out a refund form, which I did, but two weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund. When I called them today, they admitted they had given me the wrong form and asked me to fill out a new one. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I definitely won’t be returning.
Useless. Couldn't even identify a simple axle seal, left on hold until call was cut off
